The high-alpine tracks at the Hochtannberg Pass offer ideal training conditions.
By the way, cross-country skiing is highly recommended from a health point of view, since all muscles are involved. Endurance and full-body training are definitely included!
There are two ways of cross-country skiing: classic and skating. The equipment for the two styles differs too. Our cross-country ski instructors will be pleased to teach you the right basics for classic cross-country skiing or skating.
