Distance

Skiing and snowboarding are outdoor sports, so the risk of infection is also lower. We will try to keep the protective distance everywhere in the best possible way and minimize all personal contact points.

Mouth and nose protection

We ask you to wear mouth and nose protection in all indoor areas and to disinfect your hands when entering and leaving our premises.

Group courses

No group courses are allowed at this time.

Assembly points

In order to avoid crowds at the assembly points , we ask that only supervisor accompanies the child to the assembly point.

Contact-Tracing

In order to prevent the virus from spreading as quickly as possible in the event of a positive Covid-19 ski course praticipant, it is essential to collect the correct data from all our guests (mobile phone number, accommodation, email).

Disinfection

Of our ski school equipment, aids, toys etc. are disinfected several times a day as requierd. We also ask you to disinfect your hands when entering and leaving our premises.

Symptoms of illness

It should be taken for granted that guests with symptoms of illness cannot take part in the ski school offer. We ask for your understanding in this point, only in this way can we all protect each other.

Online booking

We ask you to use the two options of booking online or by Email to book the services from the comfort of your home.

Behaviour in the ski school office

Due to hte Covid-19 ban on board, we are unfortunately unable to receive guests at the ski school office. Therefore, we ask you to register by phone, by e-mail or via our online shop.

Children's ski races

Our children's ski races will continue to take place weekly on Friday. We will avoid possible congestion in the start and finish area. The award ceremony will be held individually after each group.

Cancellation

All booked courses can be cancelled of charge 48 hours before the start of the course. 

Lunchtime supervision

During lunchtime supervision, the prescribed Covid-19 measures are observed in the respective restaurant.

Employee Safety

The safety of our employees is a top priority. Our employees are trained and instructed on the Covid-19 safety measures according to uniform guidelines and regulations and carry out tests according to the system. 

Amendments and adjustments may be made to the measures at any time to match legal policies!
