Where do I meet the ski instructor/group?
- Bambini & Bambini Combi: from 9:45 at the Ski School Warth at Pauli's Snowman
- Children & Teenagers, beginners: from 9:30 at the Ski School Warth
- Children & teenagers, advanced: from 9:30 at the meeting point at the valley station Steffisalp
- Snowboard (children & adults): from 9:30 right next to the basecamp
- Adults: from 9:30 right in front of the Ski School Warth at the ski stand
Can I change the performance group?
Yes, it is possible to change performance groups every day. You can find more information here: Performance groups.
Which ski pass suits me and my ability?
- Children up to approx. 7 years: Ski Arlberg Snowman Card
- Children from 8 years (blue & red slopes): 3-valley ski pass
- Children from 8 years (also black slopes): Ski Arlberg Pass
- Young beginners: practice lift pass
- Teenagers advanced: Ski Arlberg Pass
- Snowboard beginners: practice lift ticket
- Snowboard advanced: Ski Arlberg Pass
- Adults beginners: practice lift ticket
- Adults advanced: Ski Arlberg Pass
Is there lunchtime supervision?
Yes, the children are welcome to go to lunch with their ski instructor.
- Children up to 12 years of age: Lunch supervision including food and drink – € 16,00 per day.
- Children who are not booked for lunch supervision must be picked up by their parents during the lunch break.
- The meeting point will be announced by the ski instructor.
- Children aged 13 and over: Lunch supervision included.
- Please provide your children with sufficient money or means of payment for food and drinks.

Will I get my money back if I fall ill or injure myself?
In the event of absence from a group course due to accident or illness, the original receipt and a medical certificate from a doctor (member of the Austrian Medical Association and with at least a general medical license) must be presented in order to receive a refund.
The amount of the credit note will be calculated taking into account the services actually already provided (difference amount).
