Directly at the Steffisalp valley station, right next to the Hotel Wartherhof.

When is the ski school office open?

Daily from 08:00 - 12:00 and from 13:00 - 17:00.

Course times & meeting points

When do the group courses take place?

Sunday to Friday from 10:00 - 12:00 and 13:00 - 15:00.

When are private lessons possible?

Flexible daily between 08:45 - 16:00.

Where do I meet the ski instructor/group?

  • Bambini & Bambini Combi: from 9:45 at the Ski School Warth at Pauli's Snowman
  • Children & Teenagers, beginners: from 9:30 at the Ski School Warth
  • Children & teenagers, advanced: from 9:30 at the meeting point at the valley station Steffisalp
  • Snowboard (children & adults): from 9:30 right next to the basecamp
  • Adults: from 9:30 right in front of the Ski School Warth at the ski stand

General information

Can I change the performance group?

Yes, it is possible to change performance groups every day. You can find more information here: Performance groups.

Are ski passes and equipment included in the course price?

No, ski passes and equipment are not included in the course price and must be purchased or rented separately.

Which ski pass suits me and my ability?

  • Children up to approx. 7 years: Ski Arlberg Snowman Card
  • Children from 8 years (blue & red slopes): 3-valley ski pass
  • Children from 8 years (also black slopes): Ski Arlberg Pass
  • Young beginners: practice lift pass
  • Teenagers advanced: Ski Arlberg Pass
  • Snowboard beginners: practice lift ticket
  • Snowboard advanced: Ski Arlberg Pass
  • Adults beginners: practice lift ticket
  • Adults advanced: Ski Arlberg Pass

Children & Family

Is there lunchtime supervision?

Yes, the children are welcome to go to lunch with their ski instructor.

  • Children up to 12 years of age: Lunch supervision including food and drink – € 16,00 per day.
  • Children who are not booked for lunch supervision must be picked up by their parents during the lunch break.
  • The meeting point will be announced by the ski instructor.
     
  • Children aged 13 and over: Lunch supervision included.
  • Please provide your children with sufficient money or means of payment for food and drinks.

Refund & insurance

Will I get my money back if I fall ill or injure myself?

In the event of absence from a group course due to accident or illness, the original receipt and a medical certificate from a doctor (member of the Austrian Medical Association and with at least a general medical license) must be presented in order to receive a refund.
The amount of the credit note will be calculated taking into account the services actually already provided (difference amount).
